We can manufacture and repair spiral cylinder brushes or central coil brushes for sweepers. These brushes are made with a spiral type channel inserted with bristles to form the brush, placing spiral at the surface of a metallic tube; on the edges of the brush are fixed caps or adapters to provide traction.
We can manufacture and repair tufted spiral cylinder brushes or central tufted brushes for sweepers. These brushes are manufactured with a plastic pipe making several holes on the whole base of the brush then stapling tufts of brush of required material. Density of brush is provided by the number filaments per tuft, distribution and quantity of tufts.

They are manufactured through a metallic "U" shape ring bristles are locked around a core. On the core, inside of each brush there is a metal strip, bolt or metallic clamp to secure the brush on a metal structure along the length of the core brush inserted each ring (brushes) one by one until we get the core brush. There are customers provided with a metallic separator on each ring, this is a single metal "U" ring without bristles, just to provide body to the brush, separators can be substituted with deformed brushes to provide wave appearance.
